ipc 115 candy hearts

hi!

I have my second card for the Heart Themed Inky Paws Challenge today. The challenge ends this Friday night so make sure you link a card up to the challenge here before then for a chance to win a $20 store credit to the Newton's Nook Designs online store ☺

I used the Tumbling Hearts Stencil with some Texture Paste and then inked the hearts with some ink blending and lots of masking to make my little conversation hearts ♥
I added the little sentiment from the Candy Heart stamp set to one of the hearts and then finished everything off by stitching the stenciled panel on to a card base.

Have a fantastic week ♥

ipc 115 just my type

Happy Monday!

We have a new Inky Paws Challenge starting this morning! This challenge is a heart theme and I'm starting off this challenge with a long love letter using the sweet little My Type stamp set.

As usual, link a card up to the challenge in the next two weeks for a chance to win a $20 store credit to the Newton's Nook Designs online store. (the sneak peeks for the new release look amazing!)

I stamped out the love letter on a long strip of cardstock and then glued it to the type writer. I glued the type writer down on some patterned paper and a doily and then glued down the rolls of the letter. It's too dimensional to mail in a regular envelope but sometimes it's fun to think outside the envelope!

supplies:
Newton's Nook Designs My Type stamp set, Newton's Nook Designs Happy Little Thoughts stamp set, Neenah Solar White cardstock, patterned paper, doily, black memento ink, black versafine ink, Altenew Pure Graphite ink, Altenew Crimson ink, Copic Markers, and Glossy Accents

ipc 114 coffee

hi!

I have my second card for the Inky Paws Challenge 114 sketch today! I went with a simple design and color pallet for this one. I think this (Newton Loves Coffee) was the first Newton's Nook Designs stamp set i owned (if not it was definitely one of the first 5 sets!) and this is my favorite cat from the stamp set, I just love the side eye he's giving the coffee cup ☺

You have until Friday night to link a card up to the challenge for a chance to win a $20 store credit to the Newton's Nook Designs online store ♥

I went with the cute Newton's New Year stamp set and the Confetti and Bubbly Stencils for this cute celebration card.

I mixed some perfect pearls into some translucent embossing paste to make the shimmery champagne bubbles and then added some dimension with some clear raindrops on top. super fun.
