Coffee Love ♥

Hi!

This post is going up about 11 hours later than usual but better late than never right?

This card is for Inky Paws Challenge #39, to use a heart on a project!

Super simple card today. I cut a piece of Neenah cardstock to 4" x 5 1/2" and cut the zig zag stitch line on each side with the My Favorite Things Homespun Stitch Lines die and then stamped the cat and the hearts in Memento Ink in the center. I stamped the sentiment underneath in Hero Arts black ink. I colored everything in with Copics (I added some wink of stella shimmer after I took this picture and it looks much better, just the extra touch that was needed!) I tied a ribbon underneath the sentiment and then adhered everything to a Natural card base.

Emma is very anti-being-put-down right now. and she gets fussy really easily and sleeps lightly (which means she hardly naps at all, even when i hold her, with a crazy loud Bree running around. I remember Bree going through this (without the bonus challenge of a toddler) and just driving for about two hours a day to get her to nap. I'm trying not to give in to that this time, but man t's hard sometimes ☺

  1. What a precious card! Love the clean, crisp look, and you used my all time favorite coffee stamp! I mean what can be cuter than Newton with a latte? LOL! The added border stitching die adds a perfect touch of texture! Thanks so much for joining us at Inky Paws Challenge!
