Hi!
I have a card for The Hero Arts Holiday Cardmaking Challenge and the first day of the 30 Day Coloring Challenge today!
(sorry about how dark the pictures are, it took me until about 1:00 this morning to finish this card and get this post ready and my lighting in the studio is abysmal...)
I stamped the background stamp in W+9 Last Leaf ink on some Bristol watercolor paper cut to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (this was my first time using the Bristol paper and man is it amazing with the Zig Clean Color Markers!) and then colored all of the images with my Zig Clean Color Brush Markers and some gold metallic watercolor paint. I cut out a banner out of my cherry wood veneer paper with scissors and my paper trimmer and then die cut the sentiment from white cardstock and adhered it to the banner. I adhered the banner to the watercolor piece with foam adhesive and then wrapped the background with some baker's twine before adhering the whole thing on to a white card base. Coloring intensive, but super simple.
Emma has her two month checkup today and we're having some beams, moisture barrier, and insulation underneath our house replaced right after the appointment so it'll be a pretty full day, I'll be back tomorrow with another card with some coloring!
Happy November!
