This one is a super simple card. I stamped the cup in MFT Hot Fudge Hybrid Ink on kraft paper and stamped the sentiment in Versamark and embossed it with white embossing powder. I masked off a circle over the cup and sentiment and then did some ink blending, after the background was inked I die cut the paper with a stitched rectangle die. I die cut the scallop border out of pink felt and glued it down to a kraft card base. I added the inked rectangle with foam tape and added white stitching around the circle with a white gel pen to finish it off!
Whenever I switch between a card making and memory keeping (which for me these days is just Project Life and December Daily) or when I take a long break from one of them, I feel like it takes me about a week to get back in the swing of things and make anything I like. Which is why I get so behind in Project Life when I feel like card making is going well, I don't want to break my stride i guess... Since the big "Project Life Catch Up" did not happen before Emma was born (I still have two albums for 2014, one for 2015, and one for 2016 to do) I really want to be caught up by the end of this year, so I'm going to have to figure out how to work on cards and PL simultaneously without "losing my groove" somehow. And I suppose that was a kind of random thought for the day...
anyways, have a good one!
