Hello!

Hello! I finally reached the end of the first trimester and stopped feeling like death so I made something!

I started out by stamping all of my flowers on the Primitive White cardstock and then fussy cut them all out. I layered them and some stamped leaves on a die cut rectangle panel of primitive white cardstock. I die cut the hello word from berry sorbet cardstock and layered that on top of 3 white hellos to give it some dimension. I mounted the stitched rectangle panel on a green card base stamped with the sketched chevron background. I adhered the hello to the rectangle and then finished off the card with some rain drops and twine.

Oh my gosh i'm so happy to be back in my studio and stamping! It's been a crazy couple of months and this pregnancy has been ridiculously rough compared to my last one. It's a really good thing my first pregnancy wasn't like this one because that might have been my only pregnancy :)
Anyway, I'm hoping to be back to my regular blogging schedule Monday through Friday now. *fingers crossed*
Happy Leap Day!

  1. Welcome back! I'm so glad you are feeling better and are able to post again! I've missed your blog and all of your wonderful cards! As the happy recipient of this lovely card, I can say it is even better in person! I love the cheery spring colors, and the offset layout is eye-catching and adds visual interest!
