This one came together pretty easily. I stamped the little girl on Neenah cardstock with black my favorite things hybrid ink and colored her in with copics. I fussy cut her out and then added glitter to the cupcake frosting. (I used Art Glitter crystal ultrafine glitter but their website kept crashing on me when I tried to add the link to my supply list - any clear fine glitter would work, art glitter is just the brand that they carried at the stamp store I used to work at so I have a bunch of that!) Anyways, I die cut the tag out of Neenah cardstock and then stamped the sentiment in Hero Arts black ink and colored her shadow with copics before gluing her down on the tag. I added the ribbon with scor tape on the back of the tag and then added foam adhesive to the back of the tag. I cut a piece of Electric Red cardstock from My Favorite Things to 4 1/8" x 5 3/8" and stamped the winter waves background in Lawn Fawn Lobster ink. I used my uni-ball signo white gel pen to add the dots where the waves met up. I adhered the stamped red piece on a white card base and then adhered the tag to the card to finish it off. The inside says Happy Birthday with frosting on top!
I bought more wrapping paper last weekend. It's a sickness. Now we have 17 new rolls of wrapping paper for Christmas. I'm going to try to summon up some inner strength to pack at least 6 of them up for next year. but they're so pretty!
Anyways, this card and blog post kept me up well past midnight so that's enough chatting for today. Have a fantastic day and thanks for stopping by!
