make it monday

Hi!
This week's make it monday challenge is to make a card with "decreasing apertures" - fancy talk for a window card :)

I made mine by layering some pretty authentique paper on kraft and rustic cream with the half and half and mat stack 5 dies

I wasn't sure where i was going to go with this card until i tried to go to sleep on Monday night; I got the idea and had to hop out of bed and grab my stamps and layer my die cuts before my brain would shut off for sleep :)

Thanks for stopping by! Lemme know what you think!

supplies: everything's from papertrey ink unless otherwise noted
cardstock: kraft, rustic cream, and fine linen
stamps: garden variety, botanical silhouettes, wildflower garden, background basics: tin types, background basics: gingham, and daydreamer
ink: archival coffee ink and distress ink in wild honey, rusty hinge, barn door, bundled sage, pumice stone, antique linen, and peeled paint
patterned paper: authentique
dies: garden variety, half and half, mat stack 5, double ended banner, and picket fence
embellishments: button twine and claudine hellmuth blank canvas studio paint
